• New students
must start
with an ENTRY-LEVEL* class
the first week of classes unless they have
special permission. All lessons
are progressive & build on the previous
weeks skills.
• A "session"
is generally
4 classes, 1x a week, same time,
1 month.
Group classes really ARE cheaper than the movies!
•
The most
popular option is One Session of
Classes for
$35/single
or
$65/couple.
Discounts
apply if you're taking more than 1 session
in a month.
• Each
class is 40 min.
long, just enough time to learn without
burning out your brain. (Workshops are 80 min. ea.
lesson divided between two dance styles & practice time.)
•
PLEASE remember to
bring a spare pair of shoes
to wear!
Straight-from-the-street shoes
track in water & dirt that wreak havoc with the wood floor and
suede-soled dance shoes.
•
Non-participating children are simply too
distracting, so unless they are joining us
in class (min. age 13) please get a sitter.
• The monthly
Practice Dance
is a great way to try out your dance
skills in a supportive, friendly, social
setting. They are Included in the
class/workshop price for current students & guests.

MARCH 2012
Register for classes HERE.
If you've never
taken partner-style dance lessons before then SWING I is the
class you need to start with. If it's been 5 years
then you should also start with Swing I. A "lesson or
two" here or there... Swing I. Honestly, you can take
this class from us multiple times & still get great nuggets
of knowledge from it! Last week I fixed something
during Swing I in one of my intermediate-advanced students
who has been taking lessons for about 2 years, He was
just there to help & had an ah-ha moment!

|
IV - as long as
this terrific group of dancers wants to continue we'll keep it
up! Pretty much by invitation only. If you want to
join this class contact Amanda.
Tango I -
American style. Powerful, sensual, seductive & strong....
you need essential dance skills to take this class.
It is not intended for brand-new dancers. |

Swing I - ENTRY
LEVEL - the most useful partner dance you can learn!
Swing 1.5 - the next
step from Swing I, but not quite Swing II..... suitable for most
of our current Swing I students, and a great refresher for those
who've had Swing I before! |
