Perfect Day Wedding Package Cake Options - Just American Desserts

Dance Street Ballroom's Perfect Day Wedding Package is a great deal, and part of the way we make it work is to purchase the cake wholesale.  That means you make your cake arrangements through US, not through the cake designer, which saves them a ton of time.  (If you simply must meet with the designer yourself then that can certainly be arranged but the consultation fee is an additional $50.)  It also means there are limited choices on the cake's decor, but by the choices below you can see that those limits are very broad indeed.  Any of the cakes can be decorated with dots, scrolls, valances, vertical scrolls, arches, & vines and in pretty much an color combination you could wish for.  Pick the one closest to what you want and we can make any alterations from there.  Any of the cakes can be made square or round, stacked or pillared, and square cakes can be centered, spiraled, or off-set as you prefer. 

All of the Package cakes are 3 layers and serve at least 100 guests.  Extra servings will be provided as sheet cake or mini-desserts.  You are welcome to add a fourth layer to the top for an additional $75 but height can also be added with a cake stand.  Color-coordinated flowers and ribbon are included from Just American Desserts, but if you want exact colors/flower types then you should provide the ribbon and accessory flowers yourself (ask Esther to include the flowers as part of your floral package.)  Non-flower toppers are also your responsibility. 

You may choose up to two flavor combinations, one for the top two layers and one for the bottom layer.  We suggest keeping the top two layers a lighter color of cake since the middle layer will be your "cut & feed" layer and it's good to avoid chocolate crumbs on your dress.  Cake flavor options are chocolate, tuxedo, sour-cream white, & almond poppyseed and the fillings are egg custard, fresh lemon, chocolate buttercream, raspberry, cream cheese, & coconut custard.  There are also four specialty options available at no extra charge:  carrot, red velvet, Washington apple, and orange cream (creamsicle) all of which include their signature vanilla cream cheese filling.  Flavors do not have to be decided until 30 days or so before the wedding but you do have to choose a cake designer earlier than that, especially if you have a popular wedding date!  We recommend choosing all of your other vendors within 60 days of booking if possible. 

Cake tastings may be done at one of our Open House events (Autumn, Winter, Spring) or at Just American Desserts' retail location, S. 213 University #2, Spokane Valley, WA (at Appleway & University).  Please do not try and turn this into a consultation, however, as they will simply have to direct you back to us to talk about designs.
