Perfect Day Wedding Package Cake Options - Marsells

Dance Street Ballroom's Perfect Day Wedding Package is a great deal, and part of the way we make it work is to purchase the cake wholesale.  That means you make your cake arrangements through US, not through the cake designer, which saves them a ton of time.  (If you simply must meet with the designer yourself then that can certainly be arranged but the consultation fee is an additional $50.)  It also means there are limited choices on the cake's decor, but by the choices below you can see that those limits are very broad indeed.  Any of the cakes can be decorated with  dots, squiggles, scrolls, valances, floral scrolls, or garden vines and in pretty much an color combination you could wish for.  Pick the one closest to what you want and we can make any alterations from there.  (Those marked “exclusive accents” could take on a different style, but that décor cannot be transferred to another cake.)  Square cakes can be centered, spiraled, or off-set as you prefer. 

All of the Package cakes are 3 layers and serve at least 100 guests.  Extra servings will be provided as sheet cake.  You are welcome to add a fourth layer but that is a LOT of cake and height can be added much less expensively by using a cake stand.  YOU will provide any ribbon, topper, bling and accessory flowers (through your floral package) so that the colors match to your satisfaction. 

You may choose up to two flavor combinations, one for the top two layers and one for the bottom layer.  We suggest keeping the top two layers a lighter color of cake since the middle layer will be your "cut & feed" layer and it's good to avoid chocolate crumbs on your dress.  Cake flavor options are chocolate, lemon, vanilla, spice, & confetti and the fillings are vanilla cream, chocolate whip, raspberry, orange whip, & cream cheese.  There are also three specialty options available at no extra charge:  lavender cake with vanilla cream filling, orange cake with vanilla cream filling, or strawberry cake with strawberry lemonade filling.

Cake tastings may be done at one of our Open House events (Autumn, Winter, & Spring), at a variety of bridal fairs, or at Marsells' retail location, 920 N. Division (between Ruby & Division just north of the one-way split.)  Flavors do not have to be decided until 30 days or so before the wedding but you do have to choose a cake designer earlier than that, especially if you have a popular wedding date!  We recommend choosing all of your other vendors within 60 days of booking if possible.
